Happy Easter!!

After being home a short 1 1/2 weeks, we took our first outing to celebrate Easter and Jim & Lisa's birthdays. We had brunch at Bacchus, our favorite restaurant, and poor Daniel had an ear infection so he slept most of the time. Everyone wanted to hold Daniel, so he wasn't short of comfortable arms to sleep in!

The Homecoming!

On March 13th, Jim, Daniel & I came home! We were greeted by Nana, Grandpa & Jon, Grandma & Grandpa, Alan & Kathy Werth & Judy. Daniel's 1st plane ride went well -- he slept! He was such a great baby and happy to see everyone. I think he remembered Nana and Grandma. The Grandparents came back to our house to help us transition and get used to our dog, Bourbon. Bourbon was happy to see us and got along with Daniel.

Jim & I couldn't stay away from our precious boy for too long. On our second trip we invited the Grandmas along. We visited over Labor Day weekend at the Marriott in Guatemala City. We had a fabulous time and took a day trip to Antigua. Daniel loved everyone!

We first met Daniel when he was 9 days old at the Westin in Guatemala City. He was so tiny and precious! He stayed with us for 5 days.
